As you can see, the client's nail has grown out. Using a 100 grit file or a 150 grit file, file off the colour and slightly blend the acrylic onto the natural nail. Do this ever so slightly as you don't want to damage your client's natural nail or burn the clients nail.

Using an orange stick, gently push back your client's cuticles. Do this gently as you do not want to hurt your client. Once cuticles are all pushed back, use your cuticle nippers to remove any dead skin from the cuticle area. Do this gentle as you don't want to make your client bleed.

Once nails are all prepared, apply primer. Apply primer twice.
